Moving is extremely stressful whether you have done it once or a hundred times since it is never easy. A thousand things can go wrong, a million decisions need to be made, and finding an exceptional and capable team to get the job done led by an experienced leader to manage the resources and provide expertise to adapt to the challenges of selling a home can feel like an insurmountable endeavor. This mental and physical stress, compounded with the prevalence of COVID-19 was "almost" enough for me to create a blunder of not selling our home.
Though I was lucky since I found the leader I was looking for in Kellyn Alayu (Kay). Kay provided the challenging, complete, and attainable plan of selling our home. Her experience focused our efforts to prioritize and accomplish tasks to complete our end goal of selling our home as quickly as possible. We did our part, and she and her team did theirs.
